In economically difficult and geopolitically challenging times, HOCHBAHN is sending a clear message: mobility remains reliable. The 552 million passengers in 2025 clearly demonstrate the importance of public transport for a functioning and liveable city. At the same time, the company is undertaking the largest investment drive in its history, for example in the new U5 underground line. Speaking of the underground: with a punctuality rate of 98 per cent, our underground services were the most punctual in Germany in 2025.
