Saskia Heidenberger

Saskia Heidenberger has been a member of the Executive Board of Hamburger Hochbahn AG and is Head of Human Resources and Social Affairs since 1 July 2023. Born in Lübeck, she was previously Head of Human Resources and authorised signatory at the Hamburg-based rail technology company Vossloh Rail Services GmbH from 2019.

She studied law at the Universities of Hamburg and Kiel. After her second state examination at the Lower Saxony Ministry of Justice, she first worked in various personnel management functions at Deutsche Lufthansa Technik AG and later at Deutsche Lufthansa AG as Managing Director, before moving to Vossloh Rail Services.

In her position at HOCHBAHN, Saskia Heidenberger is also responsible for the area of change and innovation.
