The white fleet. With 16 boats in total, ATG operates a tourist service, as well as special cruises on the Alster and Hamburg’s canals and lakes. One particular highlight: since summer 2008, ATG has been operating the world’s first passenger ship with fuel cell propulsion. The “Alsterwasser” emits clean water vapour only. The museum ship “Aue”, faithfully restored to its original state, is also in service as a true pioneer in the world of river cruising.
High-tech from Hummelsbüttel. More than 300 FFG employees are responsible for technical support of the HOCHBAHN bus fleet and the maintenance of bus stops. Their expertise is also sought and utilised when it comes to the development and construction of special vehicles.
