Accessibility information

We are committed to making the Hamburger Hochbahn AG website accessible and barrier-free. In order to offer our online services as barrier-free as possible without additional installations and free of technical restrictions, we are currently in the process of implementing the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), the globally applicable standards of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), for this website.

These will enable us to guarantee the best possible accessibility for you as visitors to this website. The process to achieve this is currently ongoing, but we take all requirements very seriously as we continue to develop our digital offering. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems. Also, feel free to share your experiences with us should you encounter a barrier on this website. We welcome your feedback on the issue.

Please contact the following people for feedback on the accessibility of this website:

maximilian.schladitz@hochbahn.de

An accessible website is a web offer that is accessible to everyone without additional installations or (technical) restrictions. The term accessible website therefore refers not only to people with physical and / or mental impairments, but in general to every website user.

Conciliation procedure

If no satisfactory solution has been found even after your feedback to the above-mentioned contact, you can turn to the conciliation board according to section 13 a HmbBGG. The conciliation board has the task to support an out-of-court dispute resolution in case of conflicts on the topic of accessibility between people with disabilities and public authorities. The conciliation procedure is free of charge. No legal counsel needs to be involved.

At present, the Ombudsman's Office of the Senate Chancellery is taking over the activities of the conciliation office, which has yet to be established.
